Sometimes, things don't work out and we completely understand! If you would like to return item(s), please contact us via e-mail first at email@example.com. Any returns sent without a prior email will not be accepted.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the date on your invoice for store credit
- Merchandise returned within 15 days of the date on your invoice qualifies for either a refund OR store credit
- Dresses not returned in original condition may be refused or subject to a $50 restocking fee
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, ripped/ snagged or washed, must be free of stains, and not damaged in any way by the receiver
- Merchandise must have all tags attached
